1. Trio of Oysters with Condiments and Potage
The potage is spinach based and has some oysters inside as well
I am not able to identify all the condiments, but it has some dashi based sauce, some citrus flavoured peel.
2. Sea Bass Escalope with Hokkaido Scallops and Squid Ink Sauce
Beautifully fresh pan fried Sea Bass in a Prawn based Squid Ink Sauce, served with Kailan, French Peas and Yau Mak. Wondrous and spectacular. The sauce was light and not overpowering at all.
3. Galette de Rois
A very traditional French Dessert, Cake of Kings. Plain Puff Pastry served with a dollop of Vanilla Ice Cream.
Enjoy the Food Porn from Sage this week. And the lunch was, naturally ORGASMIC.

u're cruel..I'll never go to Senses at this rate. Now, I feel like skipping work tday just to eat those oysters. It's cheaper for me to eat at Sage also, hence I guess it's Sage for Friday lunch!
looks FANFARKINTASTIC.
sickening..would never b able to afford this kinda luxury la..(both in terms of time AND money)..

menage a trois never felt so good! i can still remember tasting their oyster with ponzu sauce and caviar. excellent stuff!

oh here comes Saga again! i am kind of loving it with due influence from ur blog
in Bangkok, good (and cheap) authentic Italian gourmet is fading in quality (may be too many opened but too less good chef!), incl. that Restaurant rated Zanotti the glory year has just gone with the rain
wah .... such LARGE photos!! droolsome, even after my rather heavy lunch. haha ....
@Boo: I was going to deter you from going to senses and having Gwailo Curry. Hence the pixs! LOL!
@C&C: LOL! I Knew you'll get a high from the oysters!
@jOE: Hardcore food porno pimp, that's my second job. What talking you la, you know you can afford the bucks, but the timing for lunch just sucks.
Nic: Yeah! Ponzu with Yuzu. Thanks for reminding me. I was stuck for a while.
Thule: Sometimes dining during lunch is such a hassle. Hot, jammed and awful parking. It's just that it is convenient for me to go there.
@TC: Gasp! Horrors! Are we talking about the same Zannoti at Saladaeng? Probably too successful and the standards slipped. I used to like the Father and son team at Enoteca Italiana @ Sukhumvit Soi 27 and Calderazzo at Langsuan. Maybe you can check them out.
@j2kFM: He he... Pimping some food porn. so, the pictures are large. The main reason is that I am too lazy to write!
ciki saw your post and asked me immediately to go to sage. blardy 'ell, think print money or what. looks sooo good though... i guess i can dream.
It looks good... My local friends told me several times to go to Gardens Mid Valley, and even recommend me to try the Gardens Hotel (a World Hotel Group). Thanks for showing Sage.
